Our Nepal video

Our Nepal video

When we arrived in Kathmandu, we were shocked by the chaos and mayhem everywhere on the road. It was certainly a good preparation for India, which we visited after Nepal.

But we quickly fell in love with this amazing country. The scenery of the Himalayan mountains was breathtaking and probably our favourite memory of Nepal.

In Kathmandu, we discovered the more local aspects of Nepalese culture through our cooking classes and the many friends we made there.

This is our Nepal video highlights of our month in this incredible country, including learning to cook in Kathmandu and trekking the Annapurna circuit:

During our two weeks trek around the Annapurna mountain range, we shot over 150 video clips of the amazing landscapes there.

When we crossed Thorong La Pass (with an altitude of 5,416 metres), we thought we would not be able to film it. The camera was acting a bit weird because of the cold (and probably the altitude). Luckily, we still managed to get some great video shots of Thorong La Pass as well as the torturous trek down to Muktinath (3,800 metres altitude).

We hope this video will inspire you to visit Nepal and discover its sacred and beautiful Himalaya mountains:

    • Pavan thank you very much 🙂 The album for the music is “Journey to Nepal” – type that into YouTube and you can find it.
