Our Laos travel video

Our Laos travel video

In March 2015 we discovered Laos.

We started in the capital city, Vientiane then went North to Vang Vieng. Vang Vieng is popular for tubing with some beautiful surrounding landscapes.

In Luang Prabang, we learnt to harvest rice, took a cooking class at the Tamarind Cooking School and went diving with the monks at the stunning Kuang Si Waterfalls.

We ended our trip in Laos taking a slow boat from Luang Prabang back to Thailand passing Pakbeng.

Our Laos travel video was made using the video editor “MAGIX Movie Edit pro 2013″. The music used is the instrumental version of “Kygo” by Firestone featuring Conrad Sewell.

I want to go back!!! Did you like Vang Vieng? We had a love/hate relationship, like a terrible, amazing lover really.

Vang Vieng? Personally I didn’t really like it much except it was great watching Friends again and the scenery beautiful. Otherwise it made me feel like an old man there and tubing…? Give me a kayak anyday.

I think VV is great if you’re 25 or less and enjoy getting absolutely trolleyed every day.
