The location was fine - i did not like the fact we had to strip the beds before we left, take out the garbage, and there was no coffee in the room. The pool was filthy - glad we only stayed for 2 nights.

This is a well positioned property for the beach and restaurants. If you have transport there are plenty of other amenities within a 10 minute drive.
As you leave the property on the main road you can pick up a free trolley which will take you to the village.
This was our second stay in number 3, which is in a corner with a nice area to sit.
The pool is heated and gardens were well maintained.

I believe this would be a terrific place to vacation, if you're not interested in going to the beach. The facilities were all right not perfect, but all right the host was very generous with her time getting things to work like the TV stations and the cupboard door in the bathroom she failed to let us know that two of the chairs were already broke before we even got there And last, but not least the blinds to the screened in porch were atrocious. They were very very difficult to work and we had to keep pushing the panels back up into the clips. We also had to have her come out and give us the rest of the curtains for the front window , the host was a very nice lady and worked with us as much as she could. I love where the villa is located. However, it's way too far from the beaches. If I were to return to Siesta keys, I would book somewhere closer to the water.

Quant town with lots of beaches.
Quant town with lots of beaches. We stayed at the south end and drove to the village. Parking is not cheap but plenty of spaces. Check out options for public transportation i.e. the trolley and Frog hop.
The restaurants were solid, Bonjour Cafe was very good for breakfast, don’t be in a hurry and the staff is very friendly.

Great shopping area and food, a short ride to St Armands circle a must see area, great shops and restaurants.. the hot sauce store is awesome.
downtown siesta key is awesome. The SKO oyster bar is always busy but worth the wait Gilligan's bar and grill is awesome great gift shop in the back. The Hub baja grill is the best food and best prices , fast service and not real expensive kind of a tex mex type, cold beer and great street tacos.. Take a uber $12 it worth it !!!
Location is a 10 min walk to siesta key village, also where the pool and hot tub are which is through Siesta Key Beach Resort. Also a half block or so from access point 9 or 10 to the beaches. Beachside management as a whole has extremely upbeat staff that makes it a pleasure to deal with as this was my second stay with them. If you are looking for a modern up to date facility with all the bells and whistles this is NOT your place. If you are looking for simple and comfortable with location on the Key. Excellent
Beautiful exterior and limited number of units. We had never been to Siesta Key before, but after a day there, we figured out that Beachpoint Cottages really are in the perfect location. It isn't beachfront, but it might as well be. The front road is very empty and not traveled much by cars. Also, you are only a few minutes away from all of the restaurants/bars. We pulled our car into a parking space and never had to drive the entire time we were there.
The Inn was great - v clean, v comfortable, v homey. The pool in the courtyard was a bonus, easy parking, incredibly nice and helpful staff, reasonably priced compared with other similar facilities in Siesta Key. Overall a great place, my wife and I had a v pleasant and relaxing 4-day stay.
Spacious house with all amenities you could wish, tucked away in a gated neighborhood, we felt very safe and cozy.
All useful information has been provided by Mira in advance as well as a Key for Beach access. Parking for the whole day after checkout was possible.
The grounds are private and very nice. The area was quiet, and not crowded. Just about everything you would need for a day at the beach was made available. For fun there were paddle boats and bikes for us to use. Thank goodness for the TV and all the channels!
I loved the extras like the wagon, chairs and cooler for the beach. All the information left for us was very helpful! The location to the beach was great! We really liked the rentals on the beach and rental suggestions as well.
We have been coming to Siesta Key for years and have never stayed on the bay side. We were surprised at how much we liked the location! Easy to get to the beach and very nice property overall!
This hotel was amazing. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location is great. The beach is a few steps away and there many restaurants in walking distance.
I have been traveling to Siesta Key for several years and you can’t beat the location! One block from all restaurants and shops! Short walk to the beach and private pool!
