Something about this place with positive, chill and loving vibe that makes you feel good and like home. We love the North location on Gili Air. Beautiful sunset and energy. Maya and Fabian make sure we are comfortable and very responsive to our questions and requests. Friendly staff are always smiling and ready to serve. We have daily breakfast on our beach front porch. New Year’s Eve was so special, there were tapas and sangria for the guests while enjoying the sunset. We later went to Hakuna Matata for sushi and Queen Sunset for NYE party, just a short walk. There are also Healing Food cafe with gluten free, sugar free goodies / coffees just 5 mins walk. We highly recommend this place.

The facilities are fanatic, having two pools, beach front and two restaurants. The staff were fantastic and so helpful always. The staff were constantly providing water bottles for the room and every evening we returned to find freshly baked cookies on our pillows.

It was a bit of a walk from the ferry harbor to the property but I can tell you that the walk is worth it. The property is tucked away in a side street, hence away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. We enjoy the breakfast every morning with different options of dishes and drinks (plunger coffee...mmmm). Housekeeping did a great job in keeping the room clean and tidy. We would definitely choose this property again for a longer stay in the future.

Facing the beachfront, Kardia Resort Gili Trawangan A Pramana Experience offers 4-star accommodation in Gili Trawangan and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace. we loved that it was in a quiet location - Gili T is very crowded and rowdy so we really appreciated being away from the port. still just a 15-20 min bike ride away though! we loved how comfortable our room was (bed was fantastic) as well as the outdoor shower. the pool and beds were nice. staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

The property is well-maintained and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Also took advantage of the fact that this is also a dive centre and has some phenomenal dives with an excellent diving instructor. I would highly recommend doing diving with Mario if you haven't done it before - Gili islands have some insanely beautiful five spots.

There's an ATM nearby as well. You can get everything that you would possibly wish for. We planned to stay 2 nights but ended up extending our stay because we fell in love with the place. If I ever go back to Gili Islands I would definitely stay there.

The staff is super friendly, the Hotel is not so far from the pier and because it is on the main street it is very easy to arrive with luggage (that is usually a problem in the Gili islands). The wifi worked great, and the cafe at the front of the hotel is a comfortable place to work from.

This hotel is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! It was the best hotel we stayed during our 3 weeks trip in Indonesia. - The bungalow it's very chill and comfy - The bathroom it's a dream - Very tasty breakfast and you can take it at the beach in the sun beds, LOVED IT! Perfect mornings every day. - Very good sand beach in front of the hotel, I think it's one of the best in the island. And we saw turtles there every day during the high tight. - The sun beds are free for the hotel customers - The pizzas are very good - You can use the bikes from the hotel for free. Last but not least, the staff was spectacular! Super friendly and attentive to our needs. They even prepared a small surprise for my husband's birthday. This hotel was a very good deal quality & price, totally worth it. Thank you Pondok staff for making our holidays even better 🙂

The staff - Amazing, so helpful, very welcoming, top notch polite and respectful. Shout out to Izan who was so nice. The establishment - Very clean, well kept, the rooms are quite close to each other but once inside we couldn't hear what was outside or next door. Very well decorated. The pool - Beautiful, warm, there is an arrangement of drinks and snacks in a "honesty bar" available. The spa - so peaceful, the staff is very nice and offer a very relaxing environment. The restaurants - Breakfast is very nice ("main course", platter of fresh fruit, coffee/tea, fresh fruit juice) and filling! We also had dinner at the Spanish/tapas restaurant that was delicious.
