This upstairs apartment has a private entrance, and is well equipped with all the amenities that you will need for your stay. It has a lovely private balcony to start your morning with coffee overlooking the pool and canal. The spacious living room has a smart TV, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, stove and microwave. The bedroom has a king bed with a large screen TV, and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
We are walking distance to the restaurants, bars and nightlife in Wilton Manors. We're also on the Middle River canal so you can kayak right from the house, and we are just a 10-minute drive to the beach.
In response to COVID-19, we've installed a ******** Whole Home Air Purifier in this apartment which kills up to 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses.
Comfortable surroundings, lots of amenities, new Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, Fast Broadband WiFi, Beach umbrella's, coolers, chairs available to take for your day adventure to the beach.
When you return, enjoy a relaxing cocktail by the heated pool or a soak in the hot tub before heading our of the evening for dinner and cocktails.

1. There is no smoking in any of the rooms, balcony or under any covered building, carport or structure on the property. Smoking is allowed in areas outdoors that are not covered or roofed in both the pool area and garden areas. Please clean up after yourself and observe fire and safety precautions.
2. No ********der the age of 25 is allowed in the guest rooms or on the property at any time. As per the City of Fort Lauderdale regulation, maximum occupancy of the guest room is two (2).
3. No guest pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property at any time.
4. No glass in the pool area. Aluminum cans and plastic bottles are great options (we encourage recycling). If you need plastic cups we have them available for your use.
5. City of Fort Lauderdale code: NOISE: Be advised that any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.
6. Parking: All vehicles must be parked within the designated parking area. Parking on the grass or street is not permitted. A parking diagram is included in the following pages.
7. Kayaks & Paddleboards are available for use during your stay. Prior to using, please contact Arnie or Jacob for safety, navigation and proper use information. Use of kayaks or paddleboards is at your own risk and you assume all responsibility, liability and costs associated with using them.
8. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are available in your room. Feel free to enjoy them on your trips to the beach. Please clean and remove all sand prior to returning them to your room.
9. Towels are available for your use while at the pool and hot tub. Please leave used towels in the hamper located next to our front door so we can take care of them.
10. The pool, hot tub and outdoor shower are available 24 hours a day, please keep in mind we have neighbors and this is our home, so discretion and quiet is requested late into the evening.
