THE NOMADIC BOYS HEAD TO LATIN AMERICA!

THE NOMADIC BOYS HEAD TO LATIN AMERICA!

We have an announcement to make!

Sadly for Stefan it’s not yet his fairy tale wedding in Antarctica, though close enough.

It’s been 2 years since we set off for our big 18 months trip in Asia. Since returning home to Europe, we’ve had a few side trips like the Lou Queernaval in Nice, shooting a documentary with Durex in Sri Lanka, discovering gay Berlin and dressing up like geisha in Japan.

But now we set off for a big adventure to another part of the world:

SOUTH  AMERICA:

DAYS

COUNTRIES

Preparing to eat and dance our way around South America

For the next few years we will be conquering this mighty continent, starting in the land of Eva Peron from 29th July.

We then head to Ecuador for October, followed by Peru. We’re back South for the early part of 2017 heading to Patagonia and then making a long journey North, up through Brazil, Colombia and eventually into Central America:

  • August 2016 => ARGENTINA – including the G360 Conference in Buenos Aires (2-5th)
  • September 2016 => NORTH ARGENTINA/PARAGUAY/URUGUAY
  • October 2016 => CHILE/ECUADOR – including our Nomadic Boys Galapagos gay luxury cruise (13-22nd)
  • November 2016 => ECUADOR/PERU
  • December 2016 => PERU
  • January 2017 => PERU/BOLIVIA
  • February 2017 => CHILE/ARGENTINA
  • March 2017 => ARGENTINA – including the Gay Vendimia Harvest Festival in Mendoza
  • April 2017 => PATAGONIA – ARGENTINA/CHILE
  • May 2017 => BRAZIL
  • June 2017 => BRAZIL
  • July 2017 => COLOMBIA
  • August 2017 => COLOMBIA
  • September 2017 onwards => COLOMBIA to Central America and the rest tbc

You can follow this initial part of our South America trip right here on our map. If you’re around, let us know – we’d love to meet up:

    That’s awesome that you are finally heading to South America. You will absolutely love it!! Great to see that you are starting with Argentina. You will love discovering the food in Buenos Aires and the wonderful friendly people. So jealous you will be spending about one month in Mendoza…we certainly didn’t have enough time there. Awesome wines and food, beautiful landscapes…”que demande le peuple!?”.

    Well, it’ll take some time until you reach Brazil, and unfortunately you’ll lost Gay Pride in São Paulo next year (around May/June usually).
    But it’ll be nice to meet you guys and, who know, record something to Viaja Bi!’s channel together. 🙂
    Hope to see ya. Keep in touch.

    Hey guys! I also read your other post about the Maldives and it’s such a relief to see other same sex couples travelling. Your blog posts intrigue and excite me so much. My girlfriend and I want to travel the world so bad. We see all these beautiful and affordable places but have a fear of travelling while homosexual. We’re southern Americans so we’ve heard and seen things but not quite compared to the stories of U.A.E. and Dubai, a city in which even straight people (especially women) don’t seem to be safe in. I was wondering if you guys have any safe zones/cities and any pointers and/or posts about safe travelling while gay? Our safety is a priority and I don’t want anyone slitting our throats because we love each other. Thanks a ton and I wish you guys the best of great traveling adventures!

      Thanks so much for your message Octavia. On the whole we never experienced a problem. Mainly cause tourists are always treated differently but also cause we are not overtly gay acting in public whether in London or abroad. You will be fine! The way to think of it is that most people are everyday folk like you and me who want the same thing and just don’t care what you do in the bedroom – really!

    This is so exciting! Lately Andrew and I have been dreaming of going to that region, so this is great inspiration for us. Although we’re back in Asia now, probably for the next year, we are planning to fly over to start our South American adventure in around September 2017, so perhaps we’ll meet you somewhere along the way. Until then, we’ll be following your adventures with interest!

    Wow, this is so exciting!! I’ve never been to South America but one of my best friends has returned this year from a trip to Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Chile and she loved it! I’d love to go and I’m looking very forward to reading about how gay-friendly South American countries actually are. I would love to go travelling there with a partner one day. Have fun! 🙂
